Golden Eye 0.1% w/v Eye Drops Solution is a medical product that is used to treat minor eye or eyelid infections. The active ingredient in this solution is Propamidine Isetionate, a type of antimicrobial agent. It is used to treat conditions such as conjunctivitis and blepharitis. Conjunctivitis is an infection that causes inflammation of the thin, clear tissue that lines the eyelids and covers the whites of the eyes. Blepharitis is an inflammation of the eyelids that can cause red, swollen, and itchy eyelids, as well as dandruff-like scales on the lashes. The other ingredients in this solution are Sodium chloride, Benzalkonium chloride solution, Purified water, Sodium hydroxide and Hydrochloric acid. Those ingredients help to adjust the pH of the solution. This solution is to be used topically, and should be applied with the help of a dropper, 1-2 drops to be applied to affected eye, upto 4 times a day for effective results. It's important to always follow the instructions provided in the leaflet or as directed by a doctor or pharmacist. If your condition does not improve after two days, stop using the drops and consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Do not use this Product if:

• You are allergic to propamidine isetionate
• You are pregnant or trying to become pregnant
• You are breast feeding
• You wear contact lenses
• You have “dry eye syndrome”
• You have injured your eye
• Your pupil (the black circle in the centre of your eye) looks different. It may be torn, not round, very big or does not change size in the light
