What is AirPhysio Lung Device?

AirPhysio Asthma Lung Device is indicated for use a Positive Expiratory Pressure (PEP) Device for improving the clearance of mucus secretions from the airways.

How does AirPhysio Lung Device works?

When you exhale through the device, a positive pressure is created in your airways. As your airways improve, your breath will move the steel ball bearing, lifting it above the cone, breaking the seal between the cone and the ball bearing. The steel ball bearing movement creates an oscillating pressure to assist in vibration of the airways which will further assist to loosen mucus from the airways walls. The device maybe also useful in the removal of mucus from patients who have chronic bronchitis or bronchiectasis and in conjunction with a medical need for positive expiratory pressure (PEP) therapy.
